Toddler Dressed as Pope Francis Wins Prize at Barack Obama's White House Halloween

Hundreds of children dressed up in spooky costumes took over the White House's South Lawn to celebrate Halloween with US President Barack Obama and the First Lady yesterday.

The President was so impressed by this young boy who was dressed up as the Pope in his Popemobile, that he declared him 'top prize'. See how hard the lil toddler made Obama and his wife laugh. So adorable!
