Following th reported arrest of
Nigerian singer, Dammy Krane and appearance in court on Monday June 5,
2017, court documents of the singer and his alleged accomplice,
Chukwuebuka has surfaced online.
In the copy of the Complaint/Arrest Affidavit for the Nigerian singer and his co-defendant Chukwuebuka Gabriel Ilonchowu obtained and made public by AfricanMusicLaw.com, the Nigerian singer and his accomplice, an alleged U.S. promoter were accused of purchasing two private charter flight tickets with fraudulent credit cards to travel from Miami to Washington D.C.
Dammy Krane who was denied bail yesterday when he appeared before the Nebbia Hearing yesterday will be re-arraigned on June 23rd, 2017.
