Dino Melaye Sues INEC; Claims Dead People Signed Recall Petition

Senator Dino Melaye has filed a lawsuit against the Independent National Electoral Comission, INEC at the Federal High Court in Abuja, over recent moves by his constituency to recall him from the senate.

Melaye announced the lawsuit via Twitter on Friday where he joked that ''Even dead people were among those who signed petition to recall Dino Melaiye. Lmaooo''.
