Operatives of the Lagos State Police Command have apprehended two
robbery suspects who specialize in dispossessing unsuspecting road users
of their valuables in Alausa.
The suspects; Solomon Oniosun and Idowu Ibrahim were arrested yesterday, June 14, 2017, during their operation.
Speaking on the arrest of the robbery suspects, the Spokesperson of the Command Olarinde Famous-Cole said the suspects were dispossessing road users of their valuables when they were intercepted on Otedola Bridge.
He said the suspects rode in a commercial bus marked EKY452XJ, adding that they were chased through Alausa.
According to Famous-Cole, N125, 000 cash and two mobile phones were recovered from the suspects. He added that the arrested suspects would be charged to court.
