PHOTOS: Governor El-Rufai And His Young Children Go On A Train Ride In Kaduna

The executive governor of Kaduna state; Mallam Nasir El-Rufai and his young children were spotted on a train ride to Kaduna this morning. The governor was accompanied by his aides and other government officials.
