The incident reportedly occurred on July 2 when the 24-year-old Belgium international allegedly triggered multiple complaints from nearby residents.
Police are said to have been called to the rented property a total of six times where Lukaku was ‘told’ to keep down the noise.
But after allegedly failing to do so, he was arrested by for the misdemeanor of disturbing the peace.
TMZ Sports suggest he was not hauled into the police station, however, and only a citation was issued.
Manchester United, when contacted by Mirror Sport, declined to comment on the matter since the player is not yet registered to them. Everton nor Lukaku have not yet spoken on the reported incident either.
The news comes after Manchester United announced they had agreed the terms of his transfer from Everton worth £75million, with £15m in add-ons.
