PHOTO: Deaf And Dump Illiterate Lady Found Wandering In Kaduna

The lady pictured is deaf and dumb and can neither read nor write. She was abandoned by a tricycle (Keke) operator when she couldn't identifying her destination after driving her round Kaduna for a while.  A good Samaritan picked her, accommodated and fed her for a night.
