Rivers state arrested Emeka Nwala ‘m’ 25yrs and Otamasiri Onyesu ‘m’
19yrs. They are alleged to have kidnapped the paramount Ruler of
Umuechem who was kidnapped and held hostage for several days.
Their arrest was facilitated by the civil society group who assisted the Police tremendously. They are helping the Police and will be charged to Court soonest.
