is ready to combat the course against his stay as a member of National
Assembly with all resources employable.
Senator Dino Melaye’s application, calling for the dismissal of Independent National Electoral Commission’s recall process against him, was was thrown to the bin by the Federal High Court in Abuja on Monday, September 11, 2017.
The senator had challenged INEC for conniving with the state governor, Yahaya Bello for wokring together to recall him from the upper chamber.
