An unidentified man has been electrocuted to death while vandalizing a 100KVA power substation at Emene Industrial Layout.

It's believed that the vandal probably arrived at the substation when there was no supply and in the process of loosening the HV fuse, supply was restored and he was electrocuted.

Items recovered from him include a spanner, torch and a plyer.
