The headquarters of the National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC) in Abuja is currently on fire.

Officials of the fire service are trying to put off the fire.

The fire officials broke windows in the bid to gain access to some parts the building.

When TheCable visited the scene at about 8:00 am Friday morning, smoke could still be seen billowing from the ground floor.
