Nigeria without informing it’s customers quietly dumped the N12,500
Unlimited Smartphone Data Plan and have replaced it with a plan called Unlimited Family at a whooping N17,500.
This is after they had increased it from N10,000 to N12,500 about 5 months ago.
So that’s two price increases in less than a year despite the fact their service has progressively gotten less reliable.
Considering a lot of people moved to NTEL only because of their affordable unlimited plan, if they don’t handle this well, it will probably be time to move on for a lot of people
So far they didn’t haven’t officially informed customers and have refused to reply customers who have complained on twitter.
