According to sources and a video obtained by www.newshelmng.com,
there is Heavy traffic from ONITSHA (Upper Iweka) to ASABA head bridge,
extended to tollgate & ABRAKA. The Federal road was closed because
of L.G.A Election in Delta State I've been here since 8AM.
We were told the bridge will open at 4PM.
