"Under Buhari, It Is Not That Officials Are Corrupt, Corruption Is Now Official"- Reno Omokri

Reno Omokri, a former aide to former President Goodluck Jonathan has reacted angrily to reports of the National Security Adviser's budget of ₦1.1 billion to clean his office.
 
In his words;

 If the National Security Adviser budgets ₦1.1 billion to clean his office, how much will it cost to clean the office of the President or the VP? Buhari has given corruption steroids. Under Buhari, it is not that officials are corrupt, it is that corruption is now official!

The ₦4.9 billion budgeted to maintain electrical equipment at Aso Rock Villa can buy new electrical equipment and still have change. Even the @WhiteHouse does not spend that much in maintaining electrical equipment. Buhari’s anti corruption war is a joke! But no one is laughing!

In Lagos, if a thief wants to divert attention, he would be the first to shout thief so people would suspect others not him. This precisely explains Buhari. He came in accusing others of corruption, then legalized by budgeting criminal things like ₦1.1 billion to clean an office
