The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, has fixed dates for
the upcoming Osun and Ekiti states governorship elections.
According to INEC national commissioner, Solomon Soyebi, te Ekiti State Governorship election will hold on July 14, 2018, while the Osun State Governorship election will hold September 22, 2018, INEC disclosed on Thursday.
He also said commencement date of campaigns for Ekiti Governorship election will start from April 15, 2018 while campaigns for Osun election is scheduled to start on June 24, 2018.
